Soup Diet

The soup diet is a type of quick diet that was introduced many years ago in a US hospital in order that heart patients lose weight before undergoing surgery. At present, it is very appropriate for all those people who want to lose four to eight kilos in a week, and is recommended under the supervision of a doctor or nutritionist.

The basis of this diet lies in a special soup that can eat fat burning throughout the day. You need to prepare the soup:

    A cabbage or cabbage
    Two medium green peppers
    Six tomatoes peeled or two large cans of fresh tomato
    Six onions
    A celery
    Pepper
    Salt

Chop all ingredients and throw them in ten liters of boiling water. Let cook everything slowly and once it is cooked, do mash passing through the mixer and you're ready to take.

    Day 7: natural fruit juices, vegetables with rice and soup.

One tip, the most recommended to take during the diet are fruits melon and watermelon, along with bananas, although these can be taken only when indicated in the diet. Also, try to drink lots of water during the day throughout the diet and always take the soup at least once a day.
